The Girl Scout Council of Greater Long Beach has an opening for an energetic Member Services Program Manager.
Position Title:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops, implements and supervises programs, events and activities to support and retain girl and adult membership.
- Design and implementation of workshops, camps, and other large events for the cultivation

Recruitment and retention of girl members in all geographic areas, cultures and age groups.
Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. college degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

- Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to achieve goals.
- Demonstrated experience in volunteer management and recruitment.
- Excellent, proven interpersonal relations skills. He/She should demonstrate the ability to work effectively with colleagues and volunteers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Proficiency in use of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

- Must have access to an automobile and possess a valid California driver’s license and have proof of insurance.

- Membership in the Girl Scout Movement is required

Compesation: 28K-30K annually
