The staff at the Girl Scout Council of Greater Long Beach is working hard to streamline and create a consistant system for forms. We know everyone has been patiently waiting for forms on the website and we appreciate your understanding. Here are the forms currently available. We are also in the process of creating forms that you can fill out and print online using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. If you do not have the most recent copy of Acrobat Reader, you may download it for free from the Adobe website.

We now have quite a few forms that can be filled out electronically and printed! Look for the Fillable symbol next to the form. Upon opening the form, you can check the "Highlight Fields" option on the yellow bar (it is purple in Reader 8) above the form in Acrobat to notify you of the spaces where you can or need to fill in information. Once you fill out a form, you can then save it to your computer if you have a full version of Acrobat and it will be filled out and ready to go for next time! If there are any calculations to be done in a form, those will be automatically handled for you if you fill it out electronically. If you get an error when opening the file, you may need to upgrade your Acrobat Reader (it's free). Likewise, if you are unable to print using the print button on the form (you will still be able to print by going to the File menu and selecting print), you may need to update your Acrobat Reader. You may download Reader for free from the Adobe website.
